I love my soon to be husband to death but I’m not too keen on his financial situation. The man has more debt then I could ever dream of. I don’t want to marry into that to be honest. We are getting married in exactly 15 months from today and I told him that he needs to do something about it. I don’t want him to declare bankruptcy or anything but he needs to look into some debt consolidation programs. My sister Holly got into trouble with credit cards and had to do something like that. I always took pride in keeping my credit pristine and you can’t find any faults on my credit report. I plan on keeping it that way too and if he is not fully aware of that he will be after I talk to him tomorrow. He has a great job and is very smart so I don’t see how he got himself into the mess he’s in now.
